How much will a house cleaning appointment cost?

What does a professional house cleaning include?

Do I need to stay home during my house cleaning appointment?
No, you are not required to do that. We are aware of your busy schedule. The majority of our clients leave a key with us in the morning and come home that evening to a nice and spotless house. To decide on the optimum procedure for handling admission to your home, we'll discuss with you.

What if I need to reschedule?
Just give us a call if something comes up that interferes with your cleaning schedule. We appreciate a 72-hour notice, but recognise that there are rare circumstances that cannot be avoided. However, we preserve the right to impose a small fee when shorter notice is given. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

What should I expect before the clean?
We'll go over the specifics of your cleaning schedule once our cleaning team shows up. It's pretty typical for clients to provide us their garage code or a spare key because most of them are either at work or busy with other plans while we clean. If you don't feel comfortable giving us a key or garage door code, please make sure someone is home during your scheduled cleaning time. We cross-reference all house keys for added security.

How do I prepare before my appointment?
Please clear the area of clutter before we arrive for your scheduled cleaning so we can thoroughly clean all surfaces. This goes for clothing, children's toys and dishes in the kitchen sink. (You can request dishes being done and dishwasher filled/unfilled when creating your cleaning plan which could possibly alter your service fee).
Your pets should have an appropriate place to stay safe and secure while we clean.
If we'll be changing your bedding, put fresh sheets on each bed.
